What the Service Does

ProfitBuddy.AI is a SaaS platform designed for Amazon FBA sellers. It provides tools for product analysis, profit estimation, Amazon listing insights, Google Sheets automation, and AI-powered recommendations.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abuse, fraud, or unauthorized activity. You may also delete your account at any time.

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required before starting the trial. After the trial ends, your subscription is automatically charged unless it is cancelled before renewal.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your billing period, and no further charges will be made.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds as a general rule. However, if a billing error occurs on our side, we will investigate and issue a refund if appropriate.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes activities such as attempting to reverse engineer the system, using it for illegal purposes, reselling access, or overloading the platform.

AI-generated results are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or business outcomes based on AI suggestions.

Data & Integrations

You may connect external services such as Amazon Seller Central and Google Sheets. You are responsible for granting and managing permissions for these integrations.

Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any business losses, incorrect AI outputs, Amazon policy changes, or data loss caused by third-party services.z
